Ketterly — Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: March 4, 2026  |  Version: 1.0

Thank you for choosing Ketterly. This policy outlines the terms for subscription cancellations and refunds. By subscribing to Ketterly, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. No Refund Policy

All subscription fees — whether monthly or annual — are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds for:

  • Partial months or unused subscription time.
  • Downgrade to a lower-tier plan mid-billing cycle.
  • Unused seat licenses or add-on features.
  • Voluntary cancellation before the end of a billing period.

Exception: If Ketterly materially fails to provide the Service as described in the Service Level Agreement (99.9% uptime commitment) for a sustained period of more than 72 consecutive hours, affected Subscribers may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period. Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident.

2. Cancellation Requirements

To cancel your Ketterly subscription, you must provide thirty (30) days' written notice before the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation notice may be submitted by:

  • Using the cancellation feature in your account settings (Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription).
  • Sending an email to billing@ketterly.com from the email address associated with the Subscriber account.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period after the 30-day notice period has elapsed. You will continue to have full access to the Platform during this time.

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the next billing cycle following your 30-day notice period. For example, if you submit a cancellation notice on March 10, your 30-day notice period ends April 9, and your subscription will remain active through the end of the April billing cycle.

3. Data After Cancellation

Upon cancellation of your subscription:

3.1 Grace Period (30 Days)

After your subscription ends, you will have a thirty (30) day grace period during which:

  • Your account will be placed in read-only mode. You can view and export your data but cannot create new records or use active features.
  • You can export your Customer Data in standard formats (CSV, JSON) via the Platform's data export tool or by contacting support@ketterly.com.
  • You may reactivate your subscription at any time during the grace period without data loss.

3.2 Data Deletion

After the 30-day grace period, Customer Data is removed from active systems, but we do not currently guarantee full deletion. Data may remain in backups for up to 180 days for disaster-recovery purposes. Anonymized, aggregated Platform Data (which cannot identify you or your customers) may be retained indefinitely.

4. Account Suspension

If your subscription payment fails, Ketterly will:

  1. Notify you by email of the failed payment.
  2. Retry the payment up to three (3) times over the following 7 days.
  3. If payment is not resolved within 14 days, your account will be suspended (read-only mode).
  4. If payment is not resolved within 45 days, your account will be treated as cancelled and the data retention/deletion process described above will begin.

5. Reactivation

If you wish to reactivate your account within the 30-day grace period, simply log in and update your payment method. All your data will be intact and fully accessible.

After the grace period, reactivation may be possible if data has not yet been permanently deleted, but Ketterly makes no guarantees regarding data recovery after the grace period ends.
